Once Upon a Time in Odesa

A story about four friends—Grisha, Kostya, Lev, and Shura—who are Odesans to the core and live in a communal apartment. The quartet of inseparable friends is suddenly interrupted by the charming girl Yulia, who has come from another city to enter university. Yulia brings discord into the peaceful lives of the series' characters, as none of the guys can remain indifferent to their wonderful new neighbor.

Ivan the Terrible

Ivan the Terrible is an American sitcom that aired on CBS for five episodes during 1976. The short-lived series parodied American attitudes toward the Soviet Union during the height of the Cold War. Set in Moscow, the sitcom starred Lou Jacobi as a Russian hotel waiter named Ivan Petrovsky, and the day-to-day misadventures of Ivan's family and their Cuban exchange student boarder, all of whom live in a cramped, one-bedroom apartment. Also appearing in this series were Christopher Hewett, Phil Leeds, Alan Cauldwell and, in her TV series debut, Nana Visitor. Harvey Korman appeared as a Soviet bureaucrat in an uncredited cameo at the close of each episode. The executive producer of this series was noted comic Alan King.

The Territory

Victor Gromov, once a legend of Moscow’s criminal underworld known under the nickname “Butcher”, has since retired and now spends his days enjoying life on his farm. 80's

This story began back in 1986. Perestroika was already underway, but the Soviet Union had not yet collapsed. It was a time when there was no Internet, hypermarkets and even mobile phones, but they drank water from the tap, there were no traffic jams in Moscow, and the keys to the apartment were quietly left under the rug.

Wonder Showzen is an American sketch comedy television series that aired between 2005 and 2006 on MTV2. It was created by John Lee and Vernon Chatman of PFFR. The show is rated TV-MA. The show's format is that of educational PBS children's television shows such as Sesame Street and The Electric Company, parodying the format with adult-oriented content. In addition to general controversial comedy, it satirizes politics, religion, war, sex, and culture with black comedy. Every episode begins with a disclaimer, accompanied by the sound of someone screaming "Don't eat my baby!", which reads: "Wonder Showzen contains offensive, despicable content that is too controversial and too awesome for actual children.
