They come from diverse backgrounds and identities, including philosophers, archaeologists, anthropologists, musicians, professional chefs, economists, writers, and more. Chen Xiaoqing uses food as a means to bring more people together, believing that "food is not only delicious but also a kind of adhesive that enables people to have greater understanding and communication."
