Imany began her professional life in New York as a model. The events of September 11, 2001, changed everything and forced the Frenchwoman of Comorian origin to string together a series of odd jobs. Deeply influenced by Bob Dylan and Tracy Chapman, the singer speaks to us of love and ideals in her deep, slightly husky voice.
