Blues Story presents an impressionistic history of one of the most lasting art forms America has ever produced - as told for the first time through the eyes of the artists who lived it. Combining exclusive interview and performance footage with vintage clips and the music of many Blues legends long gone, the history of this richly felt music is illuminated - from its African roots to its American urban expression - along with its profound place in our cultural heritage. Ella Fitzgerald visited Australia back in 1960. Gracefully stepping up to the microphone for the celebrated television event 'The BP Super Show', hosted by musician and entertainer Horrie Dargie, Fitzgerald delivered a mellifluous set of legendary songs in an intimate concert setting at The Embers Nightclub in Toorak Road, South Yarra Victoria. This rarely seen B&W television treat is considered to be one of the earliest audio-visual recordings of the 'First Lady of Song', backed by the smooth sounds of the Lou Levy Quartet. Beside Fitzgerald's performance of 14 memorable Jazz and Blues classics, the program also contains original BP musical interludes and jingles from the Horrie Dargie Quartet.
DEDICAT10N, the second DVD release of blues-rocker Julian Sas, is the recording of the show that celebrated the 10th anniversary of the Julian Sas band. A band by many considered to be the best live act from the low-lands and beyond. The show took place in the 013 venue in Tilburg, a town in the southern part of the Netherlands. The gig was a sell-out and we feel touched by a lucky star because this, already legendary, show has been recorded for prosperity in vision and audio. Above all DEDICAT10N is about Julian Sas’ dedication to his music. He plays, talks, thinks and breathes music. Always with passion. Always with devotion and maximum effort. Music is his life.

Blind blues musician Paul Pena is perhaps best known for his song "Jet Airliner". In 1993, Pena heard Tuvan throat singing over his shortwave radio and subsequently taught himself how to reproduce these extraordinary sounds. This documentary follows him to Tuva, where he takes part in a throat singing competition. Languages featured in the film include English, Russian and Tuvan.
