A quarrel in a club room leads to a duel between two of the characters. Honor is satisfied by the usual "continental scratch" and the affair ends. Foolshead, however, has been a witness of the combat and is smitten with the duel fever, so a series of highly amusing scenes are witnessed in which Foolshead endeavors to get somebody to fight with him. Finally he gets a good beating for his pains, assaults the police and is arrested.
Cretinetti fails as an amateur thief.

Will the launch of rat birth control be the solution, or another attempt at control that will fail?

The film is about half-documentary, half-comedy about a kid who is thought to be the top snowboarder in the world until the day he gets put in jail. When released, he's picked up by all the other top snowboarders in the world in a party van, and to celebrate, they all go up the mountain the van for a snowboard party.
