Overview

On the northern coast of Fuerteventura, Corralejo Bay is celebrated for its unique marine environment and world-class conditions for water sports. This natural treasure attracts visitors from around the globe and sustains a local, ocean-based economy. Now, plans for an industrial dock threaten irreversible damage, putting the bay and its fragile ecosystem at serious risk. In response, the local community rises to defend it. Through the voices of surfers, fishermen, and marine biologists, this film explores belonging, resistance, and the delicate balance between progress and preservation—a call to protect what can still be saved.
