Daughter

Daughter explores the way women are viewed in society by following three female characters on a Friday night out in St Kilda, who's lives become entwined and affected by an act of violence this fateful night. The award winning short film and an awareness project was inspired by the tragic murder cases of Jill Meagher in Brunswick and St Kilda's own Tracy Connelly, whose occupation as a sex worker was highlighted in the media, leading to her murder and personal story being sadly overshadowed. The main themes explored in the film are violence against women and victim blaming, shown through the eyes of three female leads, lead by Katherine Langford (13 Reasons Why) as Scarlett, Aisha Tara (Heartbreak High) as Jemma and Carolyn Rey as Alethea.

Sonic Boom

Uses animated graphics to describe a sonic boom and explain how it is produced. Illustrates how sound waves spread out from a stationary source, as well as from sources moving at different velocities up to twice the speed of sound, and then shows the intersection of a jet aircrafts's sonic boom cone with the ground

Silent Alarm Response

This police training film originally made for police officers and bank staff takes a look at both the role of the financial institution and local law enforcement authorities before, during and after a robbery. It represents an insight into the motivation and behavior of the offender, tactics used by note passers and armed robbers versus bank personnel or law enforcement officers, and what scenarios are needed to activate the silent alarm or not. Also uses actual black and white surveillance photographs, chosen from those taken during real robberies or taken by news photographers.

Adults Learning: Boat Building

Produced for the Adults Learning series, this short film depicts a man constructing a sailing dinghy with the assistance of a professional boat builder, using the process to explore adult learning and management–staff relations. The film is presented without spoken commentary.

The Purse Snatcher

Alex is very close to his elderly grandmother partly because his busy parents seem to have little or no time for him. One day he surprises two boys from his school leaving her house and is shocked to find her tied up inside – they have robbed her! Alex is sworn to secrecy as his gran is worried that her daughter will think her incompetent. This secret leads Alex into trouble as the two boys accost him in the street and bully him into becoming a pickpocket ("tasjesdief") for them, mugging old ladies. Alex learns how to deal with this situation in the end.

The mother of an office lady sends her an old dresser. It's much too big for her small apartment, and the receiver is confused on what to do with it. One night she falls asleep after having a few drinks and wakes up after hearing strange sounds. She sees a child's figure by the table eating some rice crackers just before it slips into the wardrobe, but the wardroebe appears to be empty... Thus her life with six spirit children begins.
