A young girl’s fiery dance, accidentally caught on 16 mm film in the street. The viewer is confronted by the sacrificial and the passionate, the strong and the fragile, the fleeting and the eternal. These are the faces of femininity.
Made as part of the Winnipeg Film Group's "Super 8 Special" film incubator. This picture was captured on super 8 film, drip dyed with a mixture of india ink and water collected from Lake Winnipeg, then digitized and captured on VHS.
A teenager stumbles upon a mysterious book from which he reads the written words out loud. As it turns out, playing with black magic spells is not the most sensible idea, because soon a bloodthirsty zombie appears, and the carnage begins. However, the curious young man reads another spell from the book in which he then surrenders his soul to the devil. Now he becomes the target of the zombie hunt, and all its victims, who rise up as the next living dead!

A woman plays with three creatures in a mysterious world. As she breathes life into them, they feed on her life essence. What began as a game transforms into a total surrender, where each being she creates drains her elixir, leaving her with a rush of pleasure in return.
The dirt road divides the soybean fields from the cornfields. Sometimes, when the hybrid crosses, the chøja is born. The seed is transmitted between the legs of a toad, as long as the cold of a ghost or the rotten teeth of a pig don't stop its leap. Its mission accomplished, the expansion of the chøja continues. It grows surrounded by isolation, knowing how to dilute itself, yet remaining. The erotic man, in league with the toad's feces, smells where to place his wire, but doesn't point out the impossible. Meanwhile, hidden within the fall, the chøja mummifies the original crop. Where is it? How much do I have left?
