A Body Without a Horse?

Trying to understand what a body without a horse is by seeing what it’s capable of, the film shows a very present absence. With minimalist and handcrafted visuals, we follow the body as it performs a series of actions, yet remaining horseless. Playing with choreographic movements, language and its metaphors, the film explores how absence can shape the way we move, desire, forget and remember.

Upon the Templar altar, wise yet carnal, the only way it can now enjoy the idea of a body is through vicarious experience of others enjoying theirs.
